We learned the steps within the home purchasing process, from showing to closing, and everything in between! We left this workshop feeling inspired, motivated and confident. We learned so much at this event and I will be happy to share the information that stood out to us. The biggest takeaway for us was that Kate stressed the importance of having the right Team! While selling or buying a home can be an exciting experience, it can also be quite daunting. In my case it was the latter. Over the past year my mother’s health has been rapidly declining. It became apparent that she was no longer able to live in her home and I was faced with the realization that her house must be sold.
