About Stephanie

Having lived my entire life on the South Shore, I have always felt such an appreciation for all of the beauty and convenience the area has to offer. I love how I can have my toes in the ocean on the Cape as quickly as I can be in the hub of Boston taking advantage of its unlimited offerings. After marrying my high school sweetheart, we made the decision to purchase our first multi-family home solely to be able to afford a mortgage with the aid of the rental income. We quickly realized that we had a niche for buying, renovating and building homes and have continued to acquire investment properties for the last three decades. Living in different types of neighborhoods and housing styles, from multi-family homes in the city to a single-family home in the quiet suburbs, I have realized that everyone has their own definition of their “happy place”. My goal is now to help you find yours! Once my three daughters moved out on their own it just seemed like the perfect time to transition into the world of real estate sales with my knowledge and talent in the rehab and development side of the market.

In addition to our real estate interests, my husband and I also own a successful fence company which we started in the backyard of our first home thirty years ago. We have become one of the largest companies on the South Shore and have had the privilege of working with thousands of homeowners to aid them in achieving the vision they see to complete their homes. Many of whom we have built strong connections with and now call friends.
